This collection contains 13 photographs of the 1965 Arkansas River Flood in Dodge City, including several images of the flood and flood damage in South Dodge, 3 photographs of a fire in 1964 at the Fowler Furniture Store, and one photograph of St. Mary's President Mike McCarty awarding Milburn Stone an honorary doctorate in 1976. Milburn Stone played the character "Doc" Galen Adamas on the television Western series Gunsmoke.
