Etrick Photograph Collection
This collection contains a variety of photographs either taken or owned by members of the Etrick family, some of which were used in the printing business, while others may not have been. Though some of the context of these images is missing, they present a documentary picture of Dodge City in the late 19th and early 20th century, including several buildings and businesses which no longer exist.

Fairview Township Treasurer's Records
This collection contains documents and records books related to the Treasurer of Fairview Township in Ford County, Kansas from 1902-1922. These documents contain various economic and banking information for the township during that time. Martin N. Mayrath was the treasurer of Fairview Township at this time, and these documents relate to his work as treasurer.
First United Methodist Church Collection
This collection contains a number of directories for the First United Methodist Church in Dodge City from 1969-1999. Flora Miller Collection
This collection contains a variety of materials from Flora Miller's career as an educator. This includes letters, a record of her career as a teacher and principal, teaching contracts from 1910-1948, and a textbook which she co-authored in 1946. There is also a piece of writing by Miller reflecting on her career and the dedication of Miller Elementary School after her in 1949, titled "Moments that Matter".

Ford County Probate Court Collection
This collection contains two receipt books of the Probate Court of Ford County from 1886-1917, as well as a book titled Spalding's Treatise, which was used by W.H. Preston in his work as probate judge. This book, published in 1876, contains information about Kansas' laws concerning personal property.
